To maintain our commitment to sustainability and reduce the carbon footprint associated with international shipping, we utilize a direct-to-consumer shipping model. 2. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at ecocozy.support@gmail.com with the following information:

Our Resolution Process: Once we verify the issue, we aim to resolve it as quickly as possible. To save you the hassle of international returns, we typically offer:

A Replacement: We will ship a new item to you at no extra cost.

A Partial Refund: If the item is still usable despite a minor defect, we may offer a 50% partial refund directly to your original payment method, allowing you to keep the product.

Full Refund: In cases where a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
3. Change of Mind (Non-Defective Returns)
Because our products are shipped globally to keep prices affordable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" (e.g., you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong color/size, or found a better price elsewhere) once the order has been processed. We encourage you to review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, customers residing in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Eco Universe is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or the carrier directly.
