Customs and Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Eco Universe is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. Eco Universe is not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. In such cases, any additional shipping costs for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ecocozy.support@gmail.com with photos of the item and its packaging. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact your local post office or the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
